It's Bing’s bedtime but what happens when his Blankie accidentally dips into the toilet?

Bing’s getting ready for bed and makes his soft, whoozy Blankie into a cape like Hoppity Voosh wears. He cleans his teeth, then Hoppity's, but when going to the toilet, he accidentally gets pee pee on his blankie! He wants Flop to clean it so he can have it for bed but it won't be dry enough for Bing to have it. Will Bing be able to find something just as soft and whoozy for him to go to sleep with?
